Ming Yi is a lay Buddhis from the Mahayana tradition.He is founder of Guangji Charity Foundation,president of Nanhai Renxiao Psychological Consulting Company,president of the Luoding Buddhist Association,managing director of Guangdong Buddhist Association,presideng of the Luoding Buddhist Association,managing director of Guangdong Buddhist Association,president of Foyuan Magazine Company of Luoding ,vice-chairman of Maoming Buddhist Association,menber of People's Political Consultative conference of Maoming and Luoding ,and member Chinese Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee.

      Ming Yi was born in Luoding,Guangdong ProvenceChina and moved to Nanhai as a child under the birth name of Zhang Ming-fang .He spent twenty years studying Buddhissm and Philosophy under the guidance of Master Benhuan,Master Foyuan and Master Haitao,and formally acknowledged Master Dayuan as his master in 2005.
